Repeal the overreaching ruling of the Texas Supreme Court. Allow beaches to remain available for public use.
Why is this important?
Repeal the recent ruling in changing The Texas Open Beaches Act. Allow the general public access to ALL beaches along ANYshoreline.
The Texas Supreme Court has dismissed a 180-year-old custom of public enjoyment of Texas beaches as "unsupported by historic jurisprudence" and "a limitation on private property rights."
All shore bound recreational fishermen/women and ALL beach going public that use beaches that happen to be in front of a beach house along the shoreline now can't use the beach with their families or friends because of this ruling in favor of landowners.
