If vaccines are safe, why do drug companies need immunity from lawsuits? In 1986, Congress gave the drug companies immunity against all lawsuits from vaccine-related injuries. But today, the Federal Government awards billions in damages to parents whose children have been hurt by vaccines. This doesn't make any sense! And it's unfair, besides: drug companies continue to make huge profits while we, the taxpayers, pay for the damages THEY cause. Why should the drug companies be above the law? And why should we pay for their neglect and greed?
Why is this important?
I see widespread damage caused by vaccines, and want this damage to stop. The only way for it to stop is to hold the pharmaceutical companies accountable and hit them where it hurts--their bank accounts.
