STOP legal blacklisting!!! The FACT Act allows legal blacklisting leading to long-term unemployment, invasion of privacy, and discrimination of all types.
Why is this important?
The FACT Act of 2003 undermines nearly every liberty provided by the FCRA of 1974. While its benefits include free annual credit reports, it contains stealth language giving employers imperciptible control over the labor market.
