Repeal the Bergen County Blue Laws

Repeal the Bergen County Blue Laws! They are a hindrance to the local economy, costing Bergen County residents jobs, and costing the county in revenue.

Why is this important?

Bergen County, New Jersey currently prohibits retail establishments from opening up for business on Sundays. Not only does this weaken Bergen County's tax revenue flow, but it costs local citizens much needed jobs in an already weak economy. Repealing this law would allow retail establishments to be open on Sundays, put citizens back to work, and boost tax revenues for the County.
