Repeal the XXVII amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Amendment XXVII to the Constitution of the United States of America provides for Congressional salaries. Both parties of Congress have show a disconnect to the American people. Perhaps, in their efforts to sequester spending, their salaries should be negotiable and subject to public scrutiny- by their constituency- by us, the American people.

Why is this important?

Congress has made an effort to streamline spending, but they've really overlooked the fact that as so many Americans are making sacrifices, they "do nothing" and get paid like normal. Yes, they are elected representative of the people, but having their salaries off the table makes they too forgetful of their constituency.
