Join me in honoring the true history of these Americas. Columbus did not found a new land. It was already inhabited by Native Americans. Therefore, let's replace Columbus Day with Native American Heritage Day!
Why is this important?
I believe in truth in history and social justice and do not believe in oppression of peoples based on race, creed, religion, or any other reason that is unfair and unjust. This issue will set the historical record straight for my Native American brothers and sisters.
