Proposed change to the Constitution of the United States:
Section 1. The twelfth article of amendment to the Constitution of the United States is hereby repealed.
Section 2. The President of the United States shall be elected by Popular Vote.
Why is this important?
It is ludicrous in this day and age that the President of the United States should be elected by an outdated and universally despised system, which obscures the will of the people.
