Representation Taxation

Tax credits and tax relief are intended, according to some representatives, to encourage "job creators" to create jobs. Lately, windfall profits have been hoarded into banks, and jobs continue to be outsourced. This petition is to write a law stating that companies who do not invest primarily in the American workforce will not be entitled to the tax breaks afforded by the American public.

Why is this important?

Corporations must employ American workers in order to receive any tax relief from the taxpayer. If they hold on to windfall profits without building industry or outsource for cheaper labor, then they lose every tax loophole.
