Stop the Republican party practice of signing an oath to not raise taxes when Republican Senators and Representatives enter Congress.
Why is this important?
Currently when Republicans are voted into Congress they sign an oath to not raise taxes. This seems contrary to the process of Congress where in our representatives collaborate with one another to pass legislation for the benefit of our country. How can a Senator or Representative promise to not raise taxes before he/she reviews the proposed bills?
