Request the Department of Justice investigate wrongful court decision by Broward County, Florida ...

Police officer Jonathan Bleiweiss, 34, was accused of harassment, sexual molestation and threatening approximately 20 undocumented immigrants (including an underage teen) with deportation if they refused to perform sex acts. Bleiweiss was charged with arbitrary battery charges relating to pat downs he conducted while on duty; nothing else. The officer should have been convicted of the sexual offenses and been labeled a sex offender.

Why is this important?

The victims in this case were undocumented immigrants. Justice was denied to these people. Similar cases involving those in positions of power result in conviction of sexual battery, rape and carry harsh prison time plus sex offender registration requirements which did not happen in this case. A review of the court decision is required and necessary.
