Repairing a damaged vehicle after an accident is insufficient. Require that the diminished value loss be reimbursed to the owner as well.
Why is this important?
My vehicle was severely damaged in an accident at no fault of my own. While the insurance company reimbursed for the costs to repair it, the value of the vehicle dropped by nearly $3,000 since it will be noted on Carfax reports, and the insurance will not cover it.
