I request the all federal funding be pulled from the Research Medical Center of Kansas City for violation of a mandate issued by President Obama in 2010 stating that any hospital that receives federal funding must acknowledge same sex power of attorneys and must allow visitation of these same sex partners.
Why is this important?
After the violation of the 2010 President mandate this medical facility should have all federal funding pulled. The incident involving Roger Gorley, whom had medical Power of Attorney for his partner, goes against the mandate President Obama issued.
