Require "Individual" Permit for Dakota Access Pipeline, not Segmented!

Stop Segmented projects!
We know this pipeline crosses fours states and is part of a huge midwest pipeline call the Dakota Access. This pipeline intends on transporting 570,000 barrels per day of unrefined Bakken oil and Canadian petroleum products to Texas, crossing through the Missouri and Upper Mississippi Watershed, exposing millions of people to the risk of ruptured pipelines full of toxic hydrocarbons who depend on the Missouri and Mississippi river for drinking water. We request the USACE reject the segmented permit and require an individual nation-wide permit.

Why is this important?

The Dakota Access pipeline ends up in my watershed and my family depends on drinking water from the Mississippi River.
