REASON: The backflow of toxic de-scalars and other toxic chemicals into tap water leads to widespread illness in those who drink or cook or bathe with the water.
Why is this important?
The backflow of toxic de-scalars and other toxic chemicals from boilers into the water used for drinking, cooking or bathing leads to ill health in those who use the water. The chemicals damage every organ in the body, potentially causing permanent disability and even death.
One of the most egregious cases in Illinois was backflow of toxic chemicals from a morgue into the drinking water of school children.
