The Constitution shall be amended to state that Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to all the members of Congress; and further, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States.
Why is this important?
Congress has granted itself immunity from many laws that ordinary citizen must comply with. Congress is not some form of royalty that exists above the rest of us
