Stop the mandatory SFR and U-Pass fees for ASEs!
Why is this important?
Once again, the Student Facilities Renovation (SFR) and Universal U-Pass fees showed up on ASEs' Fall quarter tuition/fee statements, violating our collective bargaining agreement as decided by a third-party arbitrator in May 2012. The financial hardship presented by these fees is significant--up to 57% of our first paycheck is paid back to our employer! The University’s decision to delay implementation of the arbitrator’s award is unacceptable. Make your voice heard -- UW works because we do!
