Why is this important?

Police shoot and injure civilians, and endanger whole communities with recklessness shooting and driving choosing to blame civilians when they make mistakes. The judiciary and prosecuting attorney improperly divide the word, overlooking evidence and the opportunity to throw out police claims in these instances making it possible for cities to slide by instead of honoring claims for wrongful shootings.
