Everyone is affected. By separating speculative from productive banking, Glass-Steagall cancels our obligations to Wall Street's gambling debts. No other nation has the power right now on its own to reverse the tide of economic chaos and disintegration besides the United States. There are now 60 cosponsors to the Glass-Steagall Bill.
