Please restore the teaching of Pennsylvania Hemp History - agribusiness and mills - in our public schools and Police Academies.
Why is this important?
My ancestors held over three dozen hemp mills, in Upper Bucks County alone. Many hundreds of hemp mills existed throughout Pennsylvania, until the word, "marahuana*" was coined to prohibit it.
*This is the spelling used by the Bucks County Court, in my 20 year old conviction for possession of a smoking pipe with trace Cannabis.
I attended Police Academy Training, and even there, no mention of hemp history is in the curricula - only shrill lies about "marihuana".
