A strong economy and an independent, well-informed citizenry require a strong PUBLIC education system. Attracting business to Texas requires a large pool of sophisticated, intelligent employees. We cannot claim the future with a small elite of private school grads and millions of low wage workers. Restore the education funds cut in the last legislature!
