Restore "Right to bare Arms"
There are numerous law abiding "of age citizens" of the State of Washington who continue to have their rights to protect their families denied, even after twenty (20+) years since the infraction. This would only apply to those who have been law abiding and working residents of Washington State. In no way does this restore the rights of "Juvenile offenders" who have not conformed to societies laws as outstanding citizens. We need to praise those individuals for turning their lives around.
Why is this important?
Too many outstanding citizens are being discriminated against for acts committed as a Juvenile. Stop making "criminals" out of stand up citizens guilty for "LIFE" for decisions made as a child.
