Sadly congress decided to cut off the only lifeline that 1.5 million Americans have while they are looking for work. I cried like a baby when this happened. I am 50 years old and in the last few years I have only been able to find temporary work it seems. However, I have worked since I was 13 years old! I look for work, I look every day! In the past 3 weeks, I have applied for 50 jobs! I want to work! Unfortunately, this latest decision that has been made will only make it harder for me. I will soon lose my car, my phone and my internet services. I have 0 dollars and I am severely depressed, just how was that going to help me find a job? If you are in my shoes, or you feel this was the wrong decision for the American people please sign this petition asking Congress to stop playing politics!
