Every official or agent of the United States Government, anyone under direct or indirect employment of the United States Government, and anyone representing any governing body in the United States, or the people of the United States, must swear affirm that their first priority and most basic duty before all other duties is to honor, uphold, and protect the 1789 Constitution of the United States, and their respective State Constitution, in that order.
