We're calling on the chairmen and ranking members of the House and Senate Judiciary Committees to find a bipartisan solution to the recent Supreme Court decision on the Voting Rights Act (VRA). In the Supreme Court's opinion, even the majority recognized that "voting discrimination still exists." Help us call on Congress to update the Voting Rights Act and ensure legal protections for all voters.

Why is this important?

Congress must act soon to restore the Voting Rights Act in the wake of the Supreme Court decision, Shelby County v. Holder, handed down on June 25th.
