Why is this important?
I started this petition because nothing is more fundamental to a flourishing democracy than ensuring the right to vote. In a post Citizens United World, where unlimited money can influence-- and sometimes even purchase-- elections, citizens need to act as safeguards to the only means of protecting our Voice-- and that's our Vote.
