Restore Voting Rights
We urge you to co-sponsor and fight to pass the Voting Rights Act of 2014 to restore voting rights to North Carolinians and all Americans.
Why is this important?
Last year's Supreme Court decision weakened critical provisions of the Voting Rights Act (VRA), and the NC legislature was quick to pass a bill that makes voting virtually impossible for many North Carolinians. But a new bill in Congress can fix the VRA, and restore these protections not only in NC but also across the country.
