Ban all trucks, SUV's and commercial vehicles that are not mass transit vehicles from using the HOV lane during the posted restricted hours.
Why is this important?
Tired of watching carbon spewing trucks and commercial vehicles choke up the HOV lane during rush hours only because they have an extra passenger. Some of these vehicles get single digit gas mileages and it should not matter how many people are in them - If its not a mass transit vehicle or a regular passenger vehicle, it should be disqualified from the HOV lane.
