Restrict the use of Bee-Killing pesticides

The city of Boulder, Colorado, recently passed a resolution that will restrict the use of bee-killing pesticides (neonicotinoid insecticides). Although this is a step in the right direction, Colorado's representatives need to make this a state- wide movement in order to save our bee population. if you don't know what bees do for us, they are pollinators, and they help farmers be able to harvest bountiful crops year after year. The bee population is declining, and it is estimated that if bees went extinct, as Einstein predicted; "man would only live a few years beyond it." This is an extremely important issue and we need your signatures to bring this to the Colorado State Government.

Why is this important?

As a child we always had a garden. Vegetables of all kinds were always on my dinner table. I am worried about the future of my children, their children, and children all over the world if the bees keep disappearing.
