Enact laws which confine the use and storage of hand guns and assault type weapons(defined as capable of firing more than five rounds) to licensed shooting ranges on private property.
Prohibit use of hand guns or assault type weapons, as described above, for any and all hunting activities on public or private land.
Why is this important?
An employee's son was a witness to the Thurston High School, Springfield, Oregon shooting. This was among the first of an alarming string of school shootings. Little has been done to prevent such atrocities since. Please stop the killings.
