Donny Spies was wrongfully fined for killing an illegal buck on his own property. After paying a large fine, all he is asking for is the return of HIS buck.
Why is this important?
The DNR confiscated Donny's buck, and propose to mount the deer and display it in a public place. Because of a "grey area" in the regulation book, Donny should be allowed to keep his deer, especially after paying a substantial fine.
