Immediately turn over state and federal lands in the Black Hills of South Dakota (excluding Mount Rushmore) to the Lakota.
Why is this important?
For 135 years the Lakota tribe has been fighting the theft of the Black Hills by the U.S. government. The courts have sided with the Lakota and recognize that this is illegal and in violation of treatise entered into with the Lakota. But instead of returning the land the courts offered a cash settlement. The Lakota reply, "The Black Hills are not for sale."
