The House and Senate shall reduce all the laws to what can be printed on 20 pages and agreed to by 90% of both the house and the senate and shall be consistent with the principles of both the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence.
Why is this important?
The law has become so complex that attorneys who have studied law all their lives do not know what it means, and so it seems to be redefined by the courts. Therefore, We the people who can no longer know much less follow the many arbitrary and sometimes unconstitutional laws which violate the Declaration of Independence, pretition both state and federal levels of congress to reduce the laws down to basic principles which are acceptable to 90% of both houses and must be printed on no more than 20 pages.
