Remove the permanent bar so I can petition to bring my husband home and reunite my family.
Why is this important?
My husband Luis Enrique Arriaga and father of our son was deported April of 2010. Lawyers will not take our case because he faces a permanent bar for claiming to be a US citizen. We may not be able to bring him home unless this bar is removed, please help our family to stay together and make a positive contribution to our country. As a US citizen I should have the right to live with my spouse, in my country of birth, and every boy needs his father.
