Revamp the Electoral College

To better make everyone's vote count during a Presidential election, every state should be required to divide their electoral college votes by the percentage each candidate gets in the state's popular vote. This way votes count, without totally eliminating the electoral college, no matter if you live in a state that leans the opposite way you do.

Why is this important?

To change how electoral college votes are distributed.
