Let them know that this was an unfair decision for Arkansans and ALL other states that have done their people this way. One of our state senators, Jane English, said that legislators chose penalizing US over taxing EVERYONE by mileage. If you are a hybrid owner and agree that this is wrong, please sign this petition so MAYBE we can see this change for 2021.
