Revise Practices of Third Party Utility Suppliers

Letters of contract expiration from third party utility suppliers should be clearly labeled on the outside of envelopes so that they are not confused with junk mail. Rate increases from contract price to non-contract price should be limited in nature.

Why is this important?

Third party utility suppliers send notification of contract expirations that look like junk mail. If you don't respond, they are then authorized to raise your rates (mine increased 82%). Getting your rate back to a contracted rate, takes months. This is unfair business practice.
