Change the HARP's rule which states "the mortgage cannot have been refinanced under HARP previously", and allow eligible homeowners to refinance under the HARP more than once.
Why is this important?
In 2010 we refinanced under the HARP. Since then mortgage rates have dropped significantly, however per HARP's rules we can only refinance once under their program. There are many responsible homeowners like us who deserve a break. Allow us to refinance more than once.
