Revise US Senate Rules

(ONE) Holds on nominations and legislation can be filed ONLY if five (5) or more senators Publicly file an objection. Holds are time limited and cannot be renewed. (TWO) Filibusters can be stopped with fifty-five votes.

Why is this important?

Republicans use holds and filibusters to stop legislation and nominations. Practically only at the start of a new session can a simple majority of senators vote to change senate rules. That time is coming in January -- we need to let senators know we want these delaying techniques changed or eliminated.
