The US Constitution belongs to "We the People" of the United States and not just to Tea Party Representatives. it ordains that:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more
perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility,
provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare,
and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our
Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the
United States of America.
As referenced in Article I, Section 6 of the US Constitution, they receive their compensation out of the Treasury of the United States. Approximately one hundred seventy-five thousand taxpayer dollars per year. ($175,000). However, "We the people," feel that they are in "Breach of the Peace," as a consequence of their use of the filibuster and their destructive actions. Therefore, their salaries should no longer be paid out of the Treasury of the United States

Tea Party House Republican's direspect and lack of decorum for President Obama; for the Office of the President; for the democratic process; and for America is an assault on all of our civil-rights.
