Rewrite Tax Laws and Close Loopholes

Those who make millions and invest pay much lower tax than those who work 40 plus hours for a living. Tax law needs an overhaul from start to finish. This would take some time and effort, so the sooner we get moving, the sooner something can be done about it. I don't believe that this is something Congress should take care of on its own, we've proven that doesn't work. It needs to be a grass roots effort and have reasonable representation from every economic class. Senators and Representatives need to listen to their constituents and focus on what's right and equitable instead of what benefits their particular economic class.
