While the Second Amendment has been corrupted by the Supreme Court to omit the phrase "a well-regulated militia", and granting unprecedented access to weapons by anyone no matter the qualifications, the right to ammunition is not guaranteed by the Constitution. I move to ban all multiple-ammunition capable magazines as a prequel to a ban on all handgun ammunition.
Why is this important?
Limiting the danger that guns pose to the general public, that the right to life precludes the right to "a well-regulated militia ... to keep and bear arms."
