Right to Fresh Start
"Stop preventing people from bettering themselves and allow them a chance."
Why is this important?
If a citizen of a state does not have any new convictions,(other than traffic fines or parking tickets) within a 7 year period. That person should have that right to have his record cleared.
*I believe that there are many people out there that have been denied access to better paying jobs because of something they did 10-15 years ago. This is unjust to these people that deserve a chance.
