ALL family members, HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW, WHO their BIOLOGICAL family is. The Biological family has the right to make a notation that they want privacy, HOWEVER, the BIOLOGICAL INFORMATION is a RIGHT TO KNOW of the ADOPTEE AND THEIR FAMILIES .
Why is this important?
Myself and my siblings have had many health issues. We shouldn't have to have a court order to see our father's Birth Certificate.
Adoptees and their families shouldn't have to have a court order to open files.
We have the RIGHT TO KNOW OUR HISTORY.
