Ebay has a policy, that a sellers' online business can receive negative feedback. If that negative feedback is untrue,false, and even if the seller can prove this, Ebay will only let the feedback be removed by the buyer. Even if a seller had 100% positive feedback, just one negative will cause the sellers visibility to drop in search engines. The result is financial harm and ruin to the sellers eBay store and online reputation. I have many stories who have posted how their online business was destroyed by one negative feedback which was false. And again even if you prove the feedback was untrue, eBay will not remove it. This has ruined my store, and those of others who are trying to make a little money in these difficult financial times.
My advice : Buyer Beware. and Potential Sellers with Ebay Beware of Ebay. If you are already an Ebay seller, get out now while you may be doing good now. Get an untrue and false feedback by a buyer and watch things really change for the worse, even with just one negative untrue buyer review.
