The election to replace former congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. is not over. The voters of the 2nd Congressional District would like to hear what the remaining candidates have to say. Stop hiding and debate.
Why is this important?
Robin Kelly told FOX 32 Political Editor Mike Flannery that she won't participate in any more campaign debates.
"My schedule is actually very booked; very, very booked," Kelly said when asked if she plans to make it to any more forums before Election Day.
Now that the general election is weeks away, it is time to stop hiding and debate the remaining candidates. We all know your thoughts on gun control. But there are more issues in the 2nd Congressional District than gun control. If you want to serve the people, the people want to hear from you. Make yourself available to debate the remaining candidates. You have not won the seat.
