Run Off Elections for High Office

The following offices shall have a run off election when no candidate recieves a minimun of 50% of the popular vote. President and Vice-President of teh United States of America. U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, and Governor.

Lower offices shall have a run off election in hte event of more than two cadidates are in the race and none recieves a clear majority of the popular vote.

In Maine.

Due to elections being decided by less than 40% of the vore in Maine.
