Rush Limbaugh Pink Slip
To Whom it may concern,
Good afternoon. I am writing to you as a concerned citizen regarding the comments made by Rush Limbaugh on his show about Law student Sandra Fluke.
For years the general population has put up with Rush Limbaugh's misogyny, bigotry and homophobic moronic rantings, to the detriment of civil discourse in this country, and all because most of the citizenry believe in the right to express your opinion freely and not to give into censorship. But the time has come for this man to be put off the air, once and for all.
We women are sick of your company propping up this deluded, drug addicted, sociopath and claiming that you may not agree with what he is saying but his right to say it. With this last episode he has more than crossed the line for many of us, equating the use of birth control to sexually promiscuous behavior and then suggesting that this woman that never even got a chance to testify, release sex tapes of this supposed racy behavior to pay back all the misogynist men for her free birth control.
Your company can stand behind this foolish, irresponsible behavior that goes totally beyond the pale of civil discourse and is obscene and shows the level of respect that this person has for women.
We women are not walking uterus and birth control is not just for nymphomaniacs by leaving this cretin on your airwaves (which by the way used to be owned by the public and leased to companies for the good of the public trust which I daresay Rush Limbaugh is not)
Already your company has felt the pain from loss of advertising revenue from his show. If you continue to let this ignorant, hateful man speak day after day giving outright misinformation and lies to the public then maybe it is time to boycott all your media outlets.
For once put the good of the public trust over sensationalism and money. Cancel this mans contract or daresay find yourselves losing more money than you could possibly imagine.

Why is this important?
This petition is to ask Clear Channel communications to remove Rush Limbaugh from the public airwaves for his misogynist, racist and homophobic behavior. The comments directed at Sandra Fluke are an insult to all people that recognize that women are not chattel and that Limbaughs comments have finally gone too far.
