Remove Rush Limbaugh from the air. We urge all advertisers to cancel their financial commitment to WLAQ and all stations until this man's program is cancelled. We are Democrats, Republicans, and independents who are sick of the hate-filled rhetoric and will not support any business enterprise who continues to support Rush Limbaugh.
Why is this important?
Rush Limbaugh has long fomented discord and hate in our society. Regardless of one's own political persuasion, hate-filled rhetoric, such as that spilled into the airwaves daily by this man, is in part responsible for the hateful acts perpetrated by the crazies who shoot Congresswomen and make us all fearful of the next act of rage in our public places. We need to return to civility, and removing this man from the public's radio waves will be a great start and an example to others.
