We, concerned citizens of New Mexico, want to make New Mexico safer for everyone, but especially our kids. We call on the House and Senate to pass HB 77, and for the Governor to sign it into law when it gets delivered to her desk.
Why is this important?
Help pass Rep. Miguel Garcia's HB 77, The Firearm Transfer Act, which prohibits certain persons from owning guns and will require background checks on all firearms sold privately and at gun shows in NM.
