1.) CONCEPT: How to let gun owners keep their guns and how to keep our children safe.
2.)PLAN: Individuals/Groups/Companies that "Play" own, rent, use, make, and/or import Semi and/or Full Automatic Weapons should "Pay" with the Sandy Hook "Pay to Play" Gun Tax.
3.) RESULT: Keep your gun and the tax money raised would go directly to your and my children's safety in our public schools & libraries via security procedures, devices, items, structures, and education.
Why is this important?
Who I am: I served 5 years in the Navy during the Gulf War, grew up shooting hand-guns/rifles in the mid-west with my Southern Baptist family, put myself through college at age 29 and now a mom to a 5 and 7 year old in school.
